How does the organizing process work?

I begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your goals, challenges, and space. I then create a customized plan and work alongside you to organize, simplify, and create systems that are easy to maintain.

Complimentary Consultation

A complimentary consultation is preferred in person, but can also be conducted by phone or video call. The length of the consultation varies depending on the project, but generally takes 20–30 minutes.

Do I need to be present during organizing sessions?

Not always. Many clients prefer to work alongside us, while others are comfortable giving us direction and allowing us to work independently. We'll discuss your preference during the consultation.

Will you make me get rid of things?

Never. My role is to guide and support you. You remain in control of all decisions regarding what stays, what goes, and what gets donated.

Will you organize a small area? 

Absolutely.  I am flexible and will organize small spaces or entire homes.

Do you work with seniors?

Yes. I have a compassionate and patient approach when helping older adults downsize, transition to a new living situation, or simply create a safer and more functional home environment.

Do you help college students move between home and dorms?

Absolutely. I can assist with packing, organizing, move-in and move-out coordination, storage solutions, and helping students get settled into their new space or back home.

What are concierge services?

The concierge services help simplify your to-do list. Depending on your needs, I can assist with errands, home project coordination, appointment scheduling, donation drop-offs, shopping, and other tasks that help save you time and reduce stress.

Do I need to buy organizing products?

Not necessarily. I begin by working with what you already have. If additional products would improve functionality, I'll make recommendations that fit your budget and style, but you remain in control of what is or is not purchased. 

What happens to items I decide to donate?

I can help sort donations and, if requested, coordinate pick up and will even transport some bags for you.  

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely. I understand that organizing is personal. I treat every client and home with professionalism, discretion, and respect.

What areas do you serve?

I currently serve, Chester, Montgomery and Delaware counties. If your location is outside of this service, there may be a reasonable fee for travel time.  

What if I'm embarrassed about the condition of my home?

Please don't be. I have worked with clients at every stage of organization. My goal is to provide a judgment-free, supportive experience that helps you feel comfortable and confident in your space.
